To dispute a Municipal Ticket, please complete the following form. This is an internal City document. Tickets disputed internally are reviewed by the City of Port Moody in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Please include all relevant information with this request including any documentation or photographs.

Please note that disputes will only be considered if there is a valid reason. Municipal tickets will not be dismissed for such reasons as: You have never received a ticket for this violation in the past, you were unaware of the bylaw, nobody else has received a ticket for a similar violation, the bylaw seems unfair.
