Ticket Prices

Some renters choose to have tickets sell at a lesser price prior to the event, and a higher price at the doors (if not sold out in advance).

Setting up your 'Advance' Ticket Sales

Most patrons are comfortable with purchasing tickets online for a show, but it is also important to offer non-digital options for those who are unable to purchase tickets online. The following sections help us relay your unique ticket information to patrons.

Online 'Advance' Ticket Sales

Most of our rental groups sell online tickets using Eventbrite or Brown Paper Tickets.

Good to know: Inlet Theatre Front of House staff can take physical tickets at the door (one per patron), but for liability reasons they are unable to confirm digital tickets on behalf of renters. If you would like Inlet Theatre Front of House staff to assist in collecting tickets at the doors, please ensure that you set up your online ticket sales to indicate that patrons must check in and collect physical ticket(s) at your Box Office/Will Call table upon arrival at the event.

Non-Digital 'Advance' Ticket Sales

In order to offer patrons a non-digital way to purchase tickets prior to the event, some renters offer telephone ticket sales and/or connect with a local business to sell tickets on their behalf.

Printed Posters

Rental groups are required to provide 4 printed posters one month prior to the show/event. Any standard size office paper is acceptable. Deliver or mail the posters to:

If you have a budget to print rack cards or post cards, feel free to deliver 30 to 50 of those along with your posters and the Theatre Coordinator will make sure they are made available to the public.

Digital Poster

Rental groups are required to provide a digital poster of the show/event so we can add it to our website (www.inlettheatre.ca) under Shows and Tickets, and to also share it on our Cultural Services Twitter account (@PoMoCulture).

Galleria Digital Signs

There are 3 digital signs located at the venue that display a slideshow of upcoming events.

Rental groups are required to provide a PowerPoint slide or image of your show/event that fits a widescreen 16:9 format. Note: If you are unable to create a widescreen PowerPoint slide or image, the digital poster that you provide can be used. If you opt to use the poster, please note that it will not fill the entire screen and there will be a fair amount of "white" space on either side of the poster.
