Reporting pollution

Bylaw complaints
Report bylaw complaints (noise, parking, sprinkler, zoning, traffic, untidy premises) through the bylaw complaint form or call 604-469-4541.
Trees and power wires
If you see a downed or damaged wire, call 9-1-1 and ask for Fire.
If trees or branches are interfering with power lines, call BC Hydro at 1.800.224.9376.
